How do I change the approver of an agreement when the approver is not around?

Solution:
Follow these steps to change the approver of a licence agreement when the designated approver is not arround:

• Login to LAM as a system administrator user
• Click on top menu Approval
• Click on Change Approvers
• Change approvers as needed
• Click on Save

Now the new approver will be able to approve the licence agreement.

If you would like to change the approver for full licence agreements, you need to change the current approvers to new ones in top menu option Manage >> Centre Managers.
